Our next open gardens will be on the Saturdays and Sundays 2-3 May, 9-10 May and 16-17 May (1.30-5.30) when swathes of bluebells will be in flower and many of our large collection of species and hybrid rhododendrons (over 150 varieties) and azaleas, as well as magnolias, flowering dogwoods, handkerchief trees, apple and crab apple trees. It will be great time to enjoy a leisurely walk through our interesting and varied gardens and woodlands. Enjoy the tranquillity of Heathercombe’s natural environment, its streams, ponds and woodland walks, taking advantage of our many benches and three summer houses. There will be self service teas and coffees but visitors are welcome to bring a picnic – and their dogs!
